Each month we will highlight a different spice and explore flavors from around the world. The new Spice of the Month will be available for pick up starting at the beginning of each month and throughout the month. Patrons may come in for their packet of Spice of the Month which includes the spice sample, recipes, and spice history. We may throw in an Herb of the Month from thyme to time. There will be food samples to try during the first week of the month. It is a great opportunity to acquaint yourselves with something new or fondly remembered.
